These Terms & Conditions regulate the navigation of www.sovranoarte.com.
The modifications will be promptly communicated to the user, who will always be able to access to the updated version through the web site
SovranoArte is a showcase web site, born to satisfy the needs of all the people interested in art, for work reason or just for passion. SovranoArte reserves the right to exclude, temporarily or definitively, the access to the web site to the users that violates Terms&Conditions, and invites its users to signal eventual violations or abuses.

SovranoArte provides its users the access to many information about the world of art and the new artworks of its artists, giving the chance to buy merchandising and informative material about art exhibitions and events. Every services modification or integration will be signaled within the website. Registration is necessary to use the services. Particularly, merchandising purchase is forbidden to:

  • people under 18;
  • those who are debarred on the grounds of mental incapacity or are deprived of civil rights.

The artworks on SOVRANOARTE.com are of exclusive property of SovranoArte. The user interested to buy the artworks realized by SovranoArte artists has to contact directly the company to the previously indicated addresses.

User's conduct
Navigating the website and utilizing the relative services, SovranoArte user has to respect some rules of conduct:

  • don’t behave in a illicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, vulgar, obscene or libelous way;
  • don’t fake his/her own identity;
  • don’t reproduce, copy, sell or exploit SovranoArte services, neither make over to thirds the access or transfer to others the obligations deriving from these Terms&Conditions;
  • don’t make a noncommissioned use of SovranoArte contents, materials and brand;
  • don’t interfere or interrupt the services;
  • respect all the applicable rules and policies;
  • don’t embezzle of other users’ personal data.

More specifically, related to the registration process, SovranoArte user::

  • engages in supplying all the information requested assuring their completeness, authenticity and well-timed update;
  • declares to be responsible about the information supplied during the registration process.

Account and password
To complete the registration, the user will have to indicate a username ad a password and since then he/she will be the only responsible for their utilize and for all the activities realized with them.
For this reason, the user engages to promptly communicate to SovranoArte every eventual noncommissioned use of his/her own account and is responsible for its safe-keeping, with the aim to avoid its loss, theft or tampering

Exclusion of responsibility
SovranoArte and its representatives, employees and co-workers aren’t responsible for:

  • the use of the web site and its relative services by the user;
  • the eventual interruption of the service;
  • the eventual violation by thirds of the rules that regulate the use of the website;
  • any declaration or behavior of third parties.

Communications
All the communications between the parties will have to be carried out in writing and can take place by mail or email.

Applicable Law
Present conditions and the relations between the user and SovranoArte are regulated by Italian Law. Controversies related to these Terms&Conditions or to the use of the services will be remitted to the competence of Rome Chamber.
